The Rates depend on which rooms are hired and the number of hours booked.
Commercial organizations pay the full market rate whilst there is a modest
reduction for Private Functions but a significant one for Community Events.
The lowest rates are for Charities.
The table below illustrates the discounting mechanism and shows the charge for the first hour. The second and subsequent hours are charged at a lower rate.
Regular weekly and monthly bookings receive an additional reduction.
